With such a strong female character in Rey in Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens (played brilliantly by Daisy Ridley – set to return again in Star Wars Episode VIII: The Last Jedi), and then Felicity Jones being equally fantastic as Jyn Erso in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, Carrie Fisher’s legacy as the independent and feisty Princess Leia lives on in the epic Star Wars franchise.
Star Wars has always had widespread consumer appeal among all age groups and sexes, which probably goes some way to explaining why the ongoing franchise is the world’s number one entertainment property.
Paving the way for movie related gifts and merchandise, Star Wars also built a whole universe that continued to expand outside of the films themselves, making fans feel more immersed in the Star Wars story than any movie before (and arguably ever since too). This means Star Wars fans are some of the most loyal and dedicated fans around (as you can see in our highlights video of Star Wars Celebration), and as such demand in quality official Star Wars merchandise is always high.
Here at Paladone, we’ve always focused heavily on our Star Wars gift range, and now we’ve expanded our existing range even further with more fantastic Star Wars wholesale gifts, this time embracing the demand for more female orientated gift solutions.
Our new Star Wars Ladies range is a fresh new look at the Star Wars universe, featuring classic original Star Wars characters as well as more modern additions to the canon. Check out this Princess Leia Notebook for a hint at the style of our new range, featuring beautiful gold foil details on the front cover image of the iconic Princess Leia.
