We are insanely excited for Harley Quinn to return to our screens this February in DC Comics latest film, Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of Harley Quinn). Margot Robbie is back as fan-favorite Harley Quinn, this time telling her own empowering story about life after The Joker and forming an anti-heroine girl group.
This spin-off to the highly successful Suicide Squad (2016), is rumored to be R-rated and allegedly explores the characters’ darker pasts. It also includes some provoking members of the DC Comics Extended Universe such as Huntress, Black Canary, Cassandra Cain, and Renee Montoya. However, Margot Robbie hints that audiences will have to “wait and see how well she does or does not get along with the Birds of Prey in the end”.
