In our mission to become the best employer we can be, we came across an interesting company at a recent Employee Benefits exhibition. We were drawn towards their stand displaying beautiful cotton baby clothes and gifts. With lots of Paladone employees or their partners due to give birth and lots of gifts to buy over the coming months, we were interested to hear more about them.
Babies with Love are a purpose-led brand; the founder had the idea whilst shopping for a baby gift. She wanted to combine giving a gift with helping those less fortunate. She couldn’t find anyone who did this so founded her own business “ From Babies with Love”.
They are a social enterprise and their company vision is simple:
They say “too many babies in the world have no one to give them gifts, or anything else”. So at From Babies with Love, they do things differently. Every penny of profit from their unique, ethically sourced designs goes to orphaned and abandoned children around the world.
We are really excited to be partnering with them, to buy gifts for all our new parents. We love the fact that 6 months after receiving their gift the new mother or father will get a Polaroid picture sent to them of some of the children the profit from their gift went to help.
We are really pleased to be working with them. They started the company to make a difference, and with every baby gift Paladone buy for our new parents, we too are making a difference.
