The opportunity:

We are looking for a talented and driven Sales Manager to join our WeCool Sales Team.

The Sales Manager role at WeCool Toys works alongside a talented team of product developers and is responsible for supporting the sales of WeCool products globally through managing customer relationships across national rep groups and seeking opportunities for increasing turnover, profit margin, volume, and market share in accordance with a defined set of targets and KPI’s.

The role also involves seeking opportunities to engage new customers and opportunities for growth as well as building and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

The role will report to President of We Cool Toys Inc.

What are key duties of the role?

Account Management       

  • Provide a main point of contact for national rep group, existing accounts & establish and develop customer relationships through regular contact (phone, email, face to face meetings) with buying, merchandising, and marketing teams
  • Understanding buying schedules and sales opportunities and planning meetings in accordance with all year-round selections
  • Prepare visually and verbally engaging presentations and data analysis ahead of customer meetings and in liaison with Graphics and Product Development team
  • Communicate customer feedback and relevant commercial information to relevant WeCool Departments
  • Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets, KPI’s and Objectives
  • Oversee customer specific packaging requirements (labels, cartons, artwork) in accordance with customer requirements
  • Analysing customer sales data and identifying on-going stock requirements with supply chain

Trade Shows

  • Represent WeCool at US/European trade shows in a professional sales capacity during and outside of normal working hours.
  • Assist the WeCool Team with the preparation, build and breakdown of tradeshows
  • Meet with new and existing customers to identify assortment gaps and opportunities to up-sell, implement show offers and target growth opportunities
  • Give sales demonstrations to customer educating them about WeCool products, and take customer orders
  • Proactively follow up sales leads generated from all trade shows and maximize the sales lead conversion rate


  • Provide an accurate forecast of sales business by account and complete the relevant reporting as required
  • Keep track of sales leads generated
  • Work alongside and support WeCool colleagues to ensure customer deadlines are met

New Business

  • Pro-actively identify new business opportunities and new customers in accordance with companies’ product range.


  • Prepare for and attend Sales Meetings and attend relevant training courses/seminars as appropriate to the role.

What we need you to bring to the team:

  • 5-10 years sales experience
  • Numeracy and literacy
  • Microsoft office, outlook, word, PowerPoint, excel – Intermediate level
  • Presentation skills
  • Commercial Selling & Negotiation skills
  • Project Management skills – ability to develop and manage a Project timeline
  • Account Management skills
  • Sales Pipeline Forecasting
  • Analytical skills
