£24,000 – £26.000 per annum (DOE)

The opportunity:

We are looking for a talented and driven Sales Co-Ordinator to join our Sales Team

The role will report to our France based Senior Sales Manager but the role will be based in our Shoreham By Sea Head Office.

What are key duties of the role?

  • Provide outstanding customer support service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues and handling concerns.
  • Fill/manage the new account /customer set up forms
  • Fill in retailers’ new line forms and tender worksheets
  • Provide product availability updates to customers (dtr & distributors)
  • Chase pre orders and forecasts by deadlines
  • Assist the sales managers with preparing quotes, proposals, brand decks and sales presentations
  • Collating and analysing sell through data from key accounts
  • Support Sales managers with meeting prep using Phocas – YOY sales, sales by range etc
  • Conduct market surveys (competition landscape, pricing, product mix, etc)
  • Capturing meeting minutes, where necessary.
  • Updating digital EU catalogue (stocked lines)
  • Independently manage a small portfolio of accounts.
  • Ordering internally/managing stock/Sending out to customers or to showrooms
  • Maintain and update a library of customers retail execution visuals
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team, NPD, supply chain, including
    • NPD: Follow up on customer Special briefs, managing critical paths with Supply Chain
    • Marketing: managing global briefs to design for FSDUs/ POS material.
    • Compliance: checking with relevant team test report validity especially for back catalogue items being quoted
  • Liaising with compliance team for customer related requests
  • Loading all new product information into Supplier portals

What we need you to bring to the team:

  • 2 years’ proven experience in sales administration, customer service or related roles
  • Computer literate – Microsoft Office 365
  • Fluent in both English & French. (Written & Verbal)
