This year we ran our first leadership programme at Paladone for 16 of our seniors and managers across the business. We designed The Paladone Leadership Programme in order to support the skills required of our Leaders at Paladone. It combines our ambitions for the future and our passion for developing our talented team. We designed materials for a seven module leadership programme and ran a successful pilot.
Feedback from our Leaders who took part in the programme
- I understood in a ‘gut feel’ kind of way what it takes to lead, and I believe I have been successful at it. This course has helped me define some of those behaviours, understand some methods to refine them, and some opportunities for growing the leadership practices that I undertake.

We provided a grounding in leadership best practices so that our leaders gained support for developing their teams. Our Leaders are now recognised by an external and credible awarding body.

The ILM and City & Guilds came to visit Paladone to assess our programme. It was following this visit that the Paladone Leadership Programme achieved Assured Status. Our leadership programme meets the high standards of leadership and management development best practice!
As a result of attending the programme, leaders who completed the course will receive a certificate from the ILM and City & Guilds.
